Situated in Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu, the Handfield Inn is 35 km from Montreal.

The Inn combines the elegance of yesteryears with the comforts of today in 31 rooms situated in 4 independant pavillions, adjacent to the Inn’s dining room. Most rooms offer an unrestricted view of the Richelieu river and come with private bathrooms. Some have fireplaces, whirlpool baths and private balconies.

During March and April, come and indulge your "sweet tooth" and share in the joys of the "Sugaring off" season in our authentic Sugar Shack of yesteryears, situated in the countryside of Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu. Enjoy a sweet experience as you savour, at will, the typical meals of the Maple sugar season. After a hearty meal, enjoy a sleigh ride or a walk through our wooded pathways of more than one kilometre.

The Restaurant, Is situated in the heart of the historical building. The interior wood finish, the antique furniture and the stone fireplaces confer to the premises an intimate pastoral setting. Our Chef has remained faithful to more than 65 years of culinary tradition by creating dishes with the flavors of yesteryears, recreating a traditional savory cuisine while taking into account the nutritional standards of today.

Our installations allow us to offer to the Corporate Sector, all the services necessary for business meetings. The Handfield Inn has 6 conference rooms that can accomodate from 5 to 150 individuals. Nestled in our magnificent rural environment, many conference rooms have private exterior terraces, panoramic views of the Richelieu river or of our gardens, as well as window arrangements that allow the rooms to bathe in natural light.

During the summer season, the Handfield Inn invites you to dock your boat in our Marina for the season, for a few days or simply for a few hours, while you slowly sip your aperitif or enjoy a pleasant meal or dinner in our Bar terrasse.
