The Handfield Inn’s Restaurant is a country style dining room that can accommodate up to 120 patrons. Situated in the heart of the historical building, the intimate character of the room is decorated with taste and simplicity. Its stone fireplaces confer an intimate pastoral setting to the premises and during the season, are the joys of our patrons. The Restaurant serves breakfasts. At dinner time, we create a "table d’hôte" that accents local rural products and recipes from Quebec’s yesteryears, as well as our long established family tradition. In the evening, the Chef creates with talent and care a refined "table d’hôte" that focuses on freshness and the savours of ingredients, as well as on the originality of local and seasonal products. Our "à la carte" menu, available at all times, recreates a savoury traditional cuisine while taking into account the latest nutritional tendencies. Our Sunday brunch, with its succulent multiple choices, is a tremendous success among our patrons who hail from surrounding areas, as well as from the metropolitan Montreal area. Epicures delight with our choices of : hors-d’œuvres, salades, hot and cold main courses, as well as with our exquisite desserts. |
