Cancellation policy on treatments and treatment packages :

More than 48 hours before the event: no penalty.

Less than 48 hours before the event: the totality of the reservation can be applied to a new reservation (within 3 months of the cancellation date).

On the day of the event: the total amount of services reserved will be charged. This amount is non-refundable and is payable the same day.
